Ensure the staff welfare service affairs, leave and retirement conveniences, performance and disciplinary aspects are managed according to predefined standards.

Ensure the needs of human resources knowledgeable, trained and competent for the university's strategic needs and the country filled through training policy.

Implement governance based on The University Transformation Programme (UNITP) - Green Book.

Manage administrative affairs and financial control as well as providing relations convenience to the University based on existing guidelines.

  • Implement good governance.
  • Manage the meetings of the University Board of Directors (BOD), as well as membership and meetings held under the auspices of the BOD.
  • Manage strategic planning, information systems, finance, assets and inventory of the Department
  • Manage University vehicles and drivers
